Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. The monthly plan is month-to-month and can be canceled before the next billing period.
How does the annual plan work?
The annual plan is $2,250 paid upfront for 12 months of service. That saves $450 compared with monthly billing, which is equivalent to 2 months free. The plan automatically renews annually unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Can I cancel the annual plan halfway through the year?
You may cancel future renewal at any time, but the current annual term remains active through the full prepaid 12 months and is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Do I own my domain?
If you already have a domain, we can connect it. If you don't, we'll work out the domain arrangement with you during onboarding.
How long does the website take?
Most standard sites can be launched quickly once we receive your business information and any materials we need, like photos and service details.
Can you help with my Google Business Profile?
Yes. Basic cleanup and ongoing maintenance are included.
Do you guarantee leads?
No. ShopCallPage improves your website, local online presence, and conversion experience, but does not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, sales, or rankings.
Can you run ads?

No. The Simple Contact & Estimate Request Form collects a customer's name, phone, email, city or ZIP code, and project description for your business. You follow up and provide the estimate. Advanced quoting, scheduling, custom fields, and automated workflows are optional paid upgrades.
